Grumps Restaurant, Plaza Kelana Jaya

We bought: 3 course Western meal for 4 people (RM 70) from Groupon for Grumps Restaurant, Plaza Kelana Jaya.

Place was not exactly easy to find. It’s quite far in from the LDP and no proper signs around the area too. Had to walk around the place a bit before I found the block the restaurant was located in. Should have just parked in the basement carpark where there’s a direct (back) door into the restaurant… -_-” But it’s a nice place by the lake, great to al-fresco dine on breezy evenings.

We got: Appetizer, main meal and dessert. Drinks not included in deal.

We say: Value for money.

The Appetizer: Cream of wild mushroom soup, served with garlic bread.

The Main Course: Grilled chicken thigh with black pepper sauce.

The Main Course: Grilled pork loin with black pepper sauce.

The Main Course: Fish fillet with prawn (grilled fillet of perch served with prawn sauce).

The Main Course: Pork roll stuffed with bacon (breaded pork roll with bacon and herbs served with bbq sauce).

The Dessert: Blueberry muffin with vanilla ice cream.

The *ahem* after-dinner drinks to wash down the meal. From the restaurant next door. Al-fresco drinks by the lake.
